Industry-Leading Deck Warranty
In collaboration with Duradek, we’re proud to extend the best warranty in the industry to our clients. All Duradek vinyl decking comes with three levels of warranty protection.
1. Manufacturer’s Waterproofing Warranty
Superior waterproofing details and trained installers are part of what separates Duradek from other vinyl decking products.
The Ultra-Woven Backed Duradek products offer a 15 year conditional waterproofing warranty. The conditional waterproofing warranty for the entry level Ultra Non-Woven Backed products lasts 10 years.

2. Appearance Warranty
Duradek offers a pro-rated 5 year appearance warranty on the Ultra-Woven Back Products. Each vinyl deck is registered with Duradek Head Office, who will provide care and cleaning details for your new Duradek via email.
3. Workmanship Warranty
If for whatever reason there’s an issue or concern with your installation, Victoria Deck is one phone call away.
